Introducing Codes of Culture
Three years ago, I launched Future+ with a simple idea and an event titled Codes of Culture, bringing together interesting people from different worlds who were shaping what comes next. People across luxury, culture, capital, and technology who might not ordinarily find themselves in the same room.
Since then, it has taken on a life of its own. The conversations and connections that have come out of it have always been the most important part for me. Over the past year in particular, I’ve increasingly felt there was an opportunity to build something much bigger around them.
I’m excited to introduce Codes of Culture as its own new media and cultural intelligence platform. A place to explore the people, ideas and shifts shaping technology and culture right now – bringing together original perspectives and intelligence across our global network. And, of course, the annual Summit remains at its heart.
This November, we're bringing our annual Codes of Culture summit back to London for our 4th edition – founders, investors, creators and leaders across luxury, culture, capital, and technology, all in one room for a day of curated connections and conversations about where things are going next.
The Programme
This year, we will explore the future of shopping, the rise of wellness and longevity, the changing language of luxury, the commercial power of fandom, the evolving relationship between creators and capital, the role of AI in creativity and the industries building entirely new categories.
Rather than looking at these themes in isolation, the programme examines where they increasingly converge.
Below is a first look at some of the conversations already taking shape across this year’s programme, with further speakers and announcements to follow in the coming weeks.
FIRESIDE: Longevity
Longevity is quickly becoming one of the most significant new consumer categories. What was once largely associated with optimisation and specialist health is moving into hospitality, travel, beauty, fitness, nutrition and everyday lifestyle.
Julian Issa, Host of the Beyond Tomorrow Podcast, will join Garri Zmudze, Managing Partner at LongeVC, to explore where the longevity economy is heading, where capital is moving and what this category may become.
PANEL: Future World Building
Oliver Walker-Jones, CMO of Joby Aviation, Charlie Smith, Chief Brand Officer at Nothing, Bogdan Gogulan, CEO & Managing Partner at NewSpace Capital, and Thomas Crampton, Principal of Crampton Partners will come together for a conversation spanning mobility, technology, space, investment and new infrastructure.
CREATIVITY x AI: Interactive Demo hosted by Krea AI
Diego Rodriguez, Co-Founder & CTO and Victor Perez, Co-Founder & CEO of Krea AI, will lead an interactive session exploring how generative AI is beginning to change the creative process.
